The lobby was tastefully appointed. We had access to the breakfast area tables in the evening to play board games. Bed and pillows very comfy. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and received them promptly. Coffee & lemon water available in the lobby all day was great. Breakfast was very good. There were lots of protein and gluten free items, including gluten free cereal. I loved having laundry facilities available. When another guest left their clothes in the washer for a few hours, the staff dealt with it as soon as I expressed a concern about it.

It was good. The coffee machine wasn’t working one evening but the staff got it working later. The next morning it also wasn’t working at one point.

Gib at the front desk was so accommodating and kind! He did everything possible to make our stay awesome (early check in, putting all 4 of the rooms beside eachother as close to the pool as possible). Breakfast of eggs, bacon or sausage, pancakes was really good and the coffee was excellent. Pool was clean and the slide was fun! All of the adults in the group (10) commented on how comfortable the beds were! Every single staff member I saw or spoke to was very kind and happy to help. Location is central and in the same parking lot as restaurants, Dollarama, shoppers drug mart and more.

The location was easy to find. The breakfast was one of the best! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The tub even had a bathmat so my wife felt safe using it.... No fear of slipping. The towels were nice and big!

We liked the proximity to virtually everywhere we wanted to go. Nice size rooms and continental breakfast.
